Pool was "closed for maintenance" for the 11 days we were there. It was one of the reasons we chose this location. not likely to stay here again.
Dryer in the laundry room was so loud, I had to close the door and wait outside the room.
A couple of the women that worked at the front desk apparently brought their children to work with them each day/night, which would often result in at least one crying child in the main lobby.
Only one of the front desk employees ever actually said anything at all when we left or came into the hotel. they were often either not there at all, on their cell phone, or on the business center computer in the lobby. Just a very cold overall atmosphere.
The cleaning staff on the other hand were very pleasant, and did actually say good morning each day, unlike the front desk staff.
Too many other choices in the area.
