ハンプトン イン マンハッタン / ダウンタウン - フィナンシャル ディストリクト (ニューヨーク)

Average hotel, rooms standard and in need of a good deep clean. Towels changed when we asked and bed made once during a 4 day stay. Breakfast set up as a bonus but this is a very average hotel in a great spot for staten Island ferry and brooklyn Bridge and walking distance to world trade center. We didn't encounter any memorable staff regretfully, but enjoyed the free hot coffee.

We had a wonderful 4 days staying here. The staff were some of the friendliest we've ever encountered on our travels. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was enjoyable. The area is clean, safe, and convenient to the subway. We enjoyed our first trip to New York. Looking forward to going back and will definitely book this hotel again.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. Free coffee and tea was nice especially during cold weather. Walking distance to food and shops.

Room was very nice, the guy at the front desk was wonderful, it was clean and very convenient to the subway. The only negative was that housekeeping wasn't perfect - 2 body lotions but no conditioner (even when we went to the desk and got our own conditioner, housekeeping took it out of the room and left 2 body lotions again the next day), no facecloths left for a shower on second day, hair not removed from drain, so nothing major, just inconvenient. Other than that, it was awesome! Loved it and would definitely stay here again.
