I booked 1night for my sister and her family for my nephew birthday. I booked Deluxe Superior Room for 2adults and 1 kid sharing with free breakfast. Unfortunately the FD charge my sister 500pesos as they have been told that only 2 adults have been included in the booking so the kid will be an extra person and they should pay for his stay.
I did manage to speak to the FD thru fb messenger but still they insisted they have different confirmation compare to what i sent to my sister.
With more frustration arised i did contact the hotel.com CS for few times and promised me to sort things out as they said they have to speak to their Manager. My sister checked out with out the refund.
I have been a Silver Member of Hotels.com and for how many years this is the first time that had happened to us. 500pesos is a big deal back home.not only that. The hotel doesnt allowed any food from outside but they don’t have any COKE available in their property.
It’s really frustrating as I love their location and the pool. Sad to say the hotel should do a little bit of updates.
