ホテル インディゴ ブルックリン (ブルックリン)

国連のカンファレンス中で普段の2倍の宿泊費だった。部屋は狭いけどきれいです。

部屋は小さいですが、ひとりで泊まるには充分でした。お洒落、かつとても清潔な感じでお掃除がされてあり好印象です。無料で部屋に置いてあるコーヒーが美味しかったです。これは仕方がないですが、朝6時くらいから隣で建築中のビルの音がしました。

地下鉄の駅がいくつも使えてとても便利。ホテルの周りもお店が豊富で治安も良い。アメニティは アベダです。連泊をしたらあまりきちんと掃除がされていなかったのが少し残念。

I did not stay at the indigo. I had reservations at the Indigo, arrived to check in, and i was greeted by a NYC police officer who curtly asked what i was doing there. After i forming her that i had reservations, she instructed me yo go across the street to the Sheraton. This was very poorly done! Indigo should have informed me prior to my arrival that there was a change. The Sheraton was great. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The facility is clean and well maintained. i was concerned about the people who seem to be just loitering outside the hotel. I travel to NY monthly for medical care, I always stay in a hotel; however, I will reconsider my stay at the Indigo.

The hotel was closed when we got there. Apparently, had been closed at the time I made the reservation

This hotel is now a homeless shelter. My reservation was honored across the street at the Sheraton which was a better deal

The hotel wasnt even open so the were having ppl go next store and there was a 150 deposit for each room. I was told i was getting a full refund but have ywt to see it.

I never stayed I’ve been trying to cancel for days but can not get in touch with the hotel. Neither can Expedia. The costumer service is poor on their end.

Wish I could give an actual review of Hotel Indigo, but they OVERbooked for the weekend I was staying there. I had to stay at the Sheraton across the street, which smelled like cigarettes and had too many people in the lobby and elevator.
