Great two nights at Glow!! Good service and clean room

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my friends. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were given a free upgrade to the Glow Suite which was a nice gesture by the hotel. Thanks! Room was spacious and clean. The hotel was conveniently located near Platinum Mall and within short walking distance from the BTS station. Buffet breakfast was nice. Overall, had an great experience at the hotel and would stay here again for my future trip to Bangkok.

Excellent hotel, location and service. Right next door to Pratunam shopping area. So many eateries nearby and walkways to the malls. The hotel is updated. The air condition kept our room super cold. The only downside is the lack of drawers to store clothes. Maid service is very honest. I forgot to lock my safe and was informed by management that they locked my safe for safety. Excellent price for the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

location is good as it is near to market, mall, and food. but not near to BTS station. breakfast at the hotel is very basic and simple, not much choice of foods

The stay was great! Even with three huge beds, the room is comfortable and spacious - we all had zero trouble falling asleep. The staff are cheerful and friendly, and their breakfast spread was decent - I loved the tomyum! They are having renovation works currently, but there is zero noise or obstruction whatsoever. My family will definitely consider staying at Glow again for future trips.
