Excellent hotel, location and service. Right next door to Pratunam shopping area. So many eateries nearby and walkways to the malls. The hotel is updated. The air condition kept our room super cold. The only downside is the lack of drawers to store clothes. Maid service is very honest. I forgot to lock my safe and was informed by management that they locked my safe for safety. Excellent price for the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

location is good as it is near to market, mall, and food. but not near to BTS station. breakfast at the hotel is very basic and simple, not much choice of foods

The stay was great! Even with three huge beds, the room is comfortable and spacious - we all had zero trouble falling asleep. The staff are cheerful and friendly, and their breakfast spread was decent - I loved the tomyum! They are having renovation works currently, but there is zero noise or obstruction whatsoever. My family will definitely consider staying at Glow again for future trips.

The hotel is above a shopping centre. Guests have to take a lift to the hotel reception at 7th floor. It is under renovation now which explained the chemical smell at lobby room. The furniture in the room are worn out but still functionable. Cleanliness of the room was below my expectation, I spotted stain on the blanket. The breakfast spread was simple. Not much varieties. Location wise, it is about 10-15 mins walk to nearer bts. Big C is about 5 mins away and opposite is the Platinum Fashion Mall. There are many small eateries nearby the hotel. Overall it is a decent hotel for those looking for a weekend getaway. Recommend for sole traveler or with friends.
