Lovely modern hotel, in a great location. Friendly check-in from Sara who was helpful throughout my stay. Good breakfast. My room was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is in the city centre in a perfect location to explore Tirana. Rooms are big and nicely decorated. View from the rooms is superb. Service is great.

At check in we asked for a room with a view, and the receptionist worked until she got us a place on the 20th floor with a spectacular vista of the plaza. Immaculate furnishings, decor, and bathroom. The truly exceptional service came when I accidentally left my laptop behind after checkout. I didn't realize it until I was halfway home in Austria. Within minutes of me calling the hotel staff located the laptop. Then the concierge, Julian, went above and beyond--working closely with me to find a secure and affordable shipping option. Thank you <3

Breakfast was fabulous. We were also given an upgrade on check in and the room was fabulous!! Amazing bath tub. Can’t wait to go back!
