ローザペトラ スパ リゾート

Be warned! They are currently under construction and the noise is practically deafening! I'm sure it's a lovely place to stay but it was absolutely impossible, and it's supposed to be a spa resort to relax and unwind, which is exactly why we went there. No chance! We checked out as quickly as we could after they started jack-hammering at 8AM, but the noise of them just getting ready to work that day woke us up before 7. They didn't offer any refund even though we couldn't enjoy any of the amenities. If you are considering staying here, call first to make sure they have completed the work (which, by the looks of it, may be a while.) I will say that Hotels.com gave us some compensation, which was very cool as this wasn't their fault, but it only added up to less than half of what the room cost for the night. We left feeling completely shaken up, nerves shredded, and very unhappy with the hotel for not doing more as far as refunding the stay.

Ski lodge feel—lovely property. No complaints. Had better, but not by much.

It has been an incredible staying, everyone was just simply amazing! The hotel is way better than the actual pictures and the stuff is just simply the best. ! Everyone, Davide, Fabrizio, and all of their stuff made us feel like we were home, so much so that it was very hard to leave and say goodbye to everyone. We promised we would be back, they really made the difference.. I wish every staying was like this one. they really made the difference!!! Not to talk about the landscape, absolutely a dream! Also the food at the restaurant where Alessandro is the chef, is superb!!! Do yourself a favor and book this place ! You welcome!

Amazing!

Beautiful well appointed property in an amazingly gorgeous location. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Our room was lovely very clean, modern, well appointed and we had a very large private deck to enjoy the breath taking views of the Dolomites. The food is absolutely incredible! Breakfast was wonderful and everything so fresh, they even make their own in house yogurt among many other tasty treats. We also enjoyed an amazing dinning experience for dinner, possibly one of the best dinners we have ever had. Super gourmet, utilizing local and fresh ingredients. I'm celiac and they took great care to make sure I was able to eat safe, they even had freshly made gluten free rolls for me that were outstanding! The spa is beautiful with a great variety of treatments and rooms to try out and enjoy. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again! a true 5 star experience!!

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is beyond helpful and nice. The daily breakfast is amazing and a view to go with it. The o my “complaint” is that the bus/shuttle service should more frequent (not just every hour).
