歯ブラシはなかった。冷蔵庫や電子レンジがホテルフロント前にあること、空港のホテル無料送迎バスがあったことを帰りに知った。事前に案内が欲しかったです。 とはいえ、駅からホテルまでは目の前でロケーションはバッチリ、スタッフも笑顔で気さくに対応してくれ、とても感じが良かったです。 1点、ホテルWi-Fiが繋がらず、フロントにパスワードを聞いたが繋がらず。翌日、違う人がフロントだったので、もう一度確認したら、教えてもらったパスワードが間違っていた。急を要するメールがありとても困りました。 あとは、他のサイトで同ホテルの料金が安く出ていたことが残念でした。

Good hotel

This hotel is close to the airport so the location is great. The building is a bit old, but there is no problem with staying. The room was clean. All staff were kind and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the fire alarm in the room I stayed in kept ringing at midnight, so I felt somewhat uncomfortable at night. In addition, it is inconvenient because there are almost no restaurants in the vicinity. There is no doubt that it is a good hotel overall.

Disappointing...

I was very disappointed with the Hotel Indigo in College Park. I expect to place a deposit with any hotel, but I was not expecting an $150 deposit! That information should be made known before the purchase. Next, there was noise outside in the parking lot well after the quiet time hours. These were guests of the hotel amd the managment/security did nothing about it. I was just told a wedding party and a family reunion were in the hotel this weekend. That's fine, but its no excuse for not enforcing the quiet hours. The cleaning of the bathroom could have been much better and placing a trashcan under the sink doesn't solve the problem. I have stayed at this hotel several times but unfortunately I will have to explore other hotels...

This place is the WORST. Rooms not ready on time, dirty. Rude staff and inpatient check in. Was never able to make check in.

Parents with kids should stay on the first floor

The location was nice and they stay was pleasant me and my bestie enjoyed but parents with small kids need to stay on the first floor. There were two sets of kids on different days that ran,jumped,sound like they were throwing things, and crying during the early mornings and late nights. They had ear plugs down by the elevators but people should have to use them on their stay but parents don’t know how to raise their kids and make them sit down. But our stay was good. Next time I’ll see if we can get the third floor.

Staycation!

My stay was great. My husband and I wanted to do a quick "staycation," and being in a nice, friendly environment was simply icing on the cake. Great staff!
