The hotel is beautiful and has delicious restaurant. But service is so poor, I think they overwork their workers. Cause people are really nice, but look extremely busy most of the time. Also it was problems with the heat in our room, it was super annoying. And design is great, but not for a vacation. It was really annoying to get to restroom in our room and floors are cold. I would recommend it for pictures and restaurant, but not for a stay.

The receptionists Benjamin and Anna were absolutely fantastic! They were warm, friendly & approachable from the moment we stepped in the hotel. We knew what was expected and details were given. The facilities were amazing! We had welcome drinks on arrival. The interior design is beautiful and unique. The spa area is well maintained. The room was cosy and had a fire place. Perfect setting for the nice winter visit! Breakfast was lovely. The woman that served breakfast was very nice and checked if we had any dietary requirements, and we did. The Portuguese driver/porter was very helpful and friendly! He patiently waited on us at the train station. Thank you Backstage Boutique Hotel for the lovely stay!!

My Wife and I stayed here to celebrate my wife's Birthday. I pre booked a Cake and Bubbly on arrival, we were warmly greeted by a very friendly Man called Daniel, who welcomed us in the most amazing way, we were given a glass of Bubbly while Daniel in the most professional manner arranged for the cake and bubbly to be placed in our AMAZING ROOM......Daniel is an Amazing person and made us feel so very welcome, was extreemly helpful on all fronts, breakfast was also wonderful, service first class, location could not be better....what else can I say....but I will end by saying Daniel, from myself and my wife, Thank you so very much for making our week so very very Special. Will not come again next time

Since I arrived during night time, the night time receptionist was a bit rude when I tried to call in for taxi puckup service at train station. Room setup was not very user friendly but acceptable. Having said that, services by other staff were fine. Since there're so many hotels to choose from in this area, can consider other options.

3 night stay in Zermatt

Central location. Unique room, perfect for our family of 4. Children enjoyed the spa and cinema. Zermatt itself exceeded our expectations, we could have stayed longer and had plenty to do.
