My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Bristol. The in room hot tub was a great addition.

This hotel is, by far, the best in Sarajevo. Perfectly located in the heart of the city--close to both the Old Town & city center for those traveling for pleasure, as well as all the main administrative districts for those traveling for business--the staff is by far the friendliest I've experienced in any hotel in Sarajevo (note: even more so than its competitors, i.e. the pricier Swissotel and others, where the service makes the experience decidedly less than 5-star). The staff are friendly and more than willing to go out of their way to accommodate guests in any way they can, which really means a lot for people on a short business trip in particular! Furthermore, the hotel itself is beautiful--the lobby and the cafes in particular--, the food is delicious (try the Bey's soup in the restaurant and the "medena torta"/honey cake in the cafe), and the spa is well-equipped and the perfect size for some quick and quiet relaxation. Overall, an amazing hotel and my absolute favorite in Sarajevo!

I made reservations for four nights and paid fully for my stay. Urgent matter happened that delayed my travel to Sarajevo. I called hotel to confirm that I will be coming the next day. I was shocked to know that they cancelled all my reservation (4nights total) becoz I didn't show the first day. Of course there was no refund and I had to book in another hotel This is not right and I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with their service

The room so called Superior Room it's an illusion of the name, way too small , staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is in good shape, and well located near restaurants ect.or you can choose eating at the hotel witch has a good restaurant

Lovely modern hotel with everything you need. perfectly clean. very good breakfast

I had trouble using the phone in the room. Had to call to get he tv fixed, 3 times in 9 days. My friend left a message, the reception said "no message".

I stayed for one week in Novotel bristol Hotel with my husband and daughter. it is clean, the staff is helpful,always smiling and nice, It has got Halal certificate Licence Hotel,so it does not serve alcohol or pork which is suitable for us as we are Muslim family. The taxi takes 6 or 7 minutes to the old town. The breakfast was delicious but they need to serve different dishes,as it was the same dishes for the seven days. If I will go to Sarajevo again I will book in it

Staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the receptionist even assisted us to configure our data simcard settings! Location is about 15-20mins walk from SCC. Gym is of decent size too.

The best stay in sarajevo to date. Definitely coming back next time we visit Sarajevo!

Fine Hotel - slightly disappointing breakfast and lacking atmosphere otherwise clean and good fitness area.
