퀀조 비치 리조트 시설도 매우 좋았지만… 직원들이 정말 너무나도 한결같이 친절했음! 특히 리조트에서 빠당바이 항구까지 데려다 준 직원(Augusta? 아마도?)가 정말 인상깊었는데, 티켓픽업부터 항구세 내는거, 항구까지 데려가서 쉬기 좋은자리까지 에스코트 해줘서 너무 고마웠어요!!

This is a brand-new hotel, and honestly, I was very impressed by the level of service. Even though it’s an independent brand, the service easily matches that of major international hotel chains. Breakfast was excellent, with a strong focus on healthy options, and the fresh juices were especially refreshing. I stayed in the mezzanine villa, which was absolutely amazing. The spacious layout and the large bathtub were real highlights. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed 3 days of relaxation at this new resort. The villas are beautiful with modern finishes and it was great to just jump into the pool directly from our villa. Staff are all very attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were well looked after. Location is a bit far from everything but we were happy to just spend the our time at the resort before finishing our holiday in Nusa Dua. Breakfast was a La Carte and plenty to choose from. Food was of very good quality.

The resort has overmet all our expectations. Really all of them. The architecture and color design is very modern and meets fully our taste. The Villa (one room) was excellent. Very spacy and comfortable. One highlight is that you step out on the terrace and are able to swim to the pool bar. The stuff is very, very friendly, always smiling, always at hand when needed. They are acting immediately when needed. The breakfast was included into our booking and this is another highlight. There aere so many selections, that it never gets bored. The basis is a bowl of fresh cut fruits, a basked with bakery stuff, toast and bred and butter and marmelade. We mostly relaxed and ate more than necessary, I mean it in a good way. The restaurant and bar is open, but under the roof, you always feel as having a meal at the ocean, which is really, really southing. Overall the stay was fantastic and it was not easy for us to leave the paradise. We would recommend this place to anybody who wants to have relaxed and luxury times at the ocean.

We stayed for two nights at Quenzo Hotel Padangbai and had such a beautiful experience. It was a romantic trip, and I organised a surprise romantic package for my partner on arrival — the setup was absolutely amazing and made the moment really special. What impressed me even more was that I organised everything from abroad via WhatsApp, and the team catered to all my requests and helped bring everything together perfectly. They were so accommodating and made it incredibly easy to arrange something special for my partner. The service was honestly 5-star. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, and they made us feel genuinely looked after. One of the highlights was a day trip with Darma, who treated us like family. He took us to the Gates of Heaven, a honeybee farm where we tried kopi luwak (the famous “poo coffee”), and an incredible lookout. It was such a memorable day and made the trip even more special. We stayed in a villa which was spectacular — beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a romantic getaway. The food was delicious, and we loved relaxing by the pool bar as well. Overall it was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Fantastisk nybygget resort med masser af luksusfølelse. Store værelser med god plads. Hotellet ligger lidt afsides, så der er ikke rigtig noget i gåafstand. Man kan ikke bade på stranden, men hotellet har en shuttlebus, som kører hen til en udmærket, nærliggende badestrand (5 minutter). Maden på restauranten er virkelig lækker.

Absolutle gem of a hotel. We stopped in a villa and it was so luxurious walking straight out into the pool. Even the building works next door didnt impact our stay. From the moment we were picked up at Padangbai harbour, the staff were freindly and attentive. A welcome drink, very tasty food, breakfadt in villa at no extra charge and a shuttle to the local beach. All fantastic. 100% recommend. For the hotel - would recommend putting different coloured edging on the steps in the pool as VERY hard to see where edge is which makes it accidents waiting to happen.

Nytt hotell ved stranden. Dessverre er ikke alt ferdig bygget enda, og det er ekstremt mye støy ifm ferdigstilling av hotellet. De jobber i 12-14 t om dagen, og støyen er ganske sjenerende. Anbefaler ikke å bo her før det er ferdig bygget. Ekstremt hyggelige ansatte og god mat.

Great stay here whilst travelling through Bali. The staff were welcoming and helpful and picked us up from the airport and dropped off at the local ferry port after our stay. The accommodation is excellent especially having the lagoon view which you can enter from the room and swim up to hotel bar! Breakfast was great too.
