まあまあ
The man at the check-in desk seemed more annoyed at my presence than gracious that I would be coming to visit. I also received a room with what was probably the worst view at the place. The hotel is dated and needs a renovation. Great location, though, and nice pool!

OK for 2 star, 3 star rating given with pool.
Amazing little village. Close walk to Piri Piri BBQ or park across street. Our cheapest hotel in 20 days. The washroom was impeccably clean. Most of hotel same including pool itself but everything around pool including furniture and change rooms needed some attention. Ask for a room with view. We booked 4 months ago and looked at the road BUT we could see our car and felt secure about that ... who stays in the room for the view? Safe broken and plastic on mattress but remember 50 USD, 70 CDN. A night on the road ... and BBQ.

Clean Hotel, in interesting town.
Clean hotel in best view in Silves. Friendly staff except for manager. Request to change room for room with balcony, met with shake of head and no explanation . No evening meal or proper lunch ,except for groups. Shame , as.Silves is a good base for walking with a portuguese feel as opposed to the coast which seems to be part of the British Empire !
