Gutes und preisgünstiges Appartement! Absolut geeignet um die ganzen Eindrücke der Caldera zu geniessen!!

Nos gusto mucho. Una vista espectacular y muy bien ubicado. El personal muy amable y cordial. Siempre dispuestos a ayudarte.

Location was extremely good -right on the Caldera footpath! Good quality restaurants were in the vicinity. Views were the best!

The property is a bit run down. There were a bunch of small bugs in the room, the tub was very unclean, the WiFi was spotty. The TV was also old and the remote control didn’t work, so we had no tv for 1 night, which wasn’t awful but still we expected at least the appliances to work. The worst was that the water was very murky straight from the tap. We bought bottled water just to brush our teeth because of this. The front end staff was pleasant, both Alex and Despina(?). They were kind and accommodating. The waiter at the Vallas Cafe was very unhelpful, however. He even spilled a drink on me and still had an attitude when I asked for extra napkins later during the meal. He said that napkins were with the bread but I obviously had to use them up cause of the drink he spilled on me! He’s just not a pleasant person to deal with over all. The saving grace of this property is the view. It was unreal from our room and the property overall. Just gorgeous. That, however is NOT enough for me to consider this property in the future. Many others beside it with probably better amenities and overall condition... and similar views!

Check in was easy but as seniors having to drag suitcases from drop off point to room was not ideal. Staff were for the most part accommodating with our requests. Daniella, our house keeper was awesome and did a great job of keeping our room clean and fresh! The breakfast that was provided was excellent as was the wait staff in the Vallas Cafe. We enjoyed the roof top terrace everyday (mostly we had it to ourselves) and watched the beautiful sunsets there with a beverage or two. All in all - great stay!

Location was perfect. View amazing no need to go anywhere else for sunset. Alex at reception catered to our every unique request. Great breakfast at front cafeteria with great service...

The place is clean and have a great view! Lovely apartments, but a little outdated. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The location was great! Amazing view and very accessible to stores and restaurants. We had a wonderful time in Santorini!

Vallas apartments was a great, relatively budget-friendly option for a stay on the caldera. Firostefani is a good location to explore the island - central enough but out of the way/quieter at the same time (15 minute walk to Fira and a 20 minute walk to the central Fira bus station). There was free breakfast each morning, which was a lovely surprise. The rooms are nice and clean, and we were upgraded to a larger room with 2 balconies without asking. The man who works in reception was very friendly and we had a nice conversation with him for about a half hour about Santorini and Greece in general. The rooftop area was beautiful and a perfect place to watch the sunset (don’t bother going all the way up to Oia, it’s much too crowded). The only complaint I have is that the pool/hot tub was cloudy and full of small floating debris. We did not feel comfortable swimming in it, which is a shame because that’s one of the reasons I chose this place was for the pool option. If they cleaned this up, it would be 5 stars in my book.
