Reception excellent at arrival. Somewhat neutral at check out. Simply confirms how people do, and always, make the difference - especially in any (service) sector. People are not numbers, nor are they easily substituted. Breakfast looks like it is “out sourced” and when compared to any other italian 4* (or 3*) leaves ample room for improvement. Pay the extra to get sea view - restaurants next to the hotel are absolutely valid.

We loved the hotel and the proximity to the beach. Very comfortable room with air conditioning. Nice breakfast with tons of choices. Charming and beautiful seaside town.

A step away from the beach. Perfect location. Not much to do and see in Bordighera but room was nice. Friendly staff.

The hotel it’s ok but we had a couple of problems, not fabulous for sure. You are supposed to have one free hour of Spa during your stay, the problem is that the Spa is only for six people and it’s closed from 7pm, so if you’re planning to enjoy the Spa be sure to book your spot well in advance. When we called there was no availability anymore and the spa was the main reason why we chose the hotel, that was a big disappointment for us. Second thing is that we paid more for a room with sea views and the view was only partial on the side, not exactly what we expected. The room a bit old and decadent.

The hotel's location is absolutely fabulous! The staff were friendly and considerate. And the beach is so much fun.

Good value for what we paid. Dining was excellent! Really should be a 3 star.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel in viaggio di ritorno dall ‘Italia verso la Francia ,bella struttura posizione strategica sul lungomare e ambiente tranquillo ,ma con alcune note a favore riguardo il personale poco professionale e nessuno che rispetta le regole Covid. Il bagnino in spiaggia privata ,riservata solo ai clienti dell hotel,simpatico ma aveva sempre da ridire sull’organizzazione del suo lavoro e dell’hotel .
