Top hotel in the city, close to a variety of great restaurants and pubs. Great design through the building and the room was very roomy and clean. The room service was also very good - fast and the meals were delicious. Staff were friendly, but not very helpful with Covid curfew news or shops/businesses that would not be operating during the weekend. A simple, daily, fact sheet of navigating the city should be placed in each room. Wonderful hotel.

Nos querían correr por que estaba alguien muy importante en la suite y nos pidieron Salir y cuando pedimos reembolso nos decían que en 180 días podía tardar, al final nos quedamos nos mandaron “amenidades” (una charola de pepino con piña y jicama 😂) cero categoría de hotel nos cobraron persona extra sin exhibir el precio, hotel demasiado caro para su “experiencia” no vuelvo jamás !

Loved the architecture, the rooftop pool, and location

The hotel is hyper-modern, which means a lot of little things don't work or are inconvenient. There were no chairs in our room. The sink splashed everywhere. The AC was blasting cold and couldn't be adjusted. The restaurant was pretty good, the decor was dramatic and impressive and photographs well. I just wish it was more practical.

The staff was amazing, the food superb. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Also a great location walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars on Avenida Chapultepec. Fantastic hotel all the way around!

Great location and good amenities but did have lots of issues with the room. The toilet sink was broken, the shower head was broken and the faucet was broken. Very unprofessional and unkempt for a hotel this highly rated. The restaurant was nice though and had good service.

If you not familiar with Mexico they are a great place to teach you where good places to eat are and their restaurant is great too.

The hotel is gorgeous, safe, and the staff is amazing and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. The walls are paper thin though, bring some ear plugs.
