The staff was very welcoming from the time we checked in until the time we checkout

The place itself is beautiful, clean, and the staff very respectful and pleasing. It is overpriced for the room I got. I made a reservation for a room with two double beds and ended up with a full size bed. I had invited family to stay and they couldn’t stay. Although comfortable, I felt I over paid for this tiny room, in the corner with no window except the skylight in the bathroom. The bathroom was less than 8 feet from the bed. It was not what I was expecting!! There are plenty of places to stay and although this hotel is on a great location, there are other places in such great location and that look just as decent.

Was a great place with nice people, clean good food, next time no windows to the street too noise.

Beautiful place, beautiful courtyards, friendly staff, great location. Could get a little warm in rooms if it was hot outside. Opening windows and doors helped, but a fan would have been nice. Overall, awesome place to stay.

No coffee maker. Cheap soap dispensers. Cheap toilet paper. No closet or place for hanging clothes. Comfortable bed. Plenty of space in room. Great location.

Every single staff member was wonderful, friendly and willing to please. The premises were stunning. In fact, the hotel is part of most walking tours in Antigua. The location is superb. Half a block from the Santa Catalina arch and like two blocks from the main square. The hotel also has free parking across the street. The restaurant has a daily dinner marimba show combined with a folkloric dance with audience participation. Sadly, the beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever attempted to sleep on. The staff changed us to a different room but the bed was the same, hard as a rock. It’s a real shame because being unable to sleep impeded us fully enjoying our stay in Antigua.

This is a very quiet and peaceful place to stay. It was like being in paradise with all flowers and the water fountains. It has a very soothing vibe. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

The hotel grounds and rooms are BEAUTIFUL. The pictures online don’t do justice. Everyone was so attentive. There’s always someone at the entrance of the hotel to say hello and offer help. There is a parking garage right across which is so convenient if you have a car. Almost everything is in walking distance so there was no need to drive. The location is fabulous. All the restaurants, stores and the famous arch is on the same street. Def will book here again!
