Cleaning was done on 3-day cycle (apart from daily towels and yukata replacement) which is excellent for eco-friendliness. The onsen and sauna were clean and very well maintained. Location is right next to JR Takasaki station and close to all major shops and eating places.

The staff were able to help me find an international ATM nearby and were happy to do so.The hotel is literally next to the station.
