Stay was very good

The rooms are nice and clean. Always friendly thank you.

I had difficulty getting a coffee maker and then the one I received was broken I was given a fridge that doesn’t work There’s garbage and a vacuum cleaner on my floor outside guests rooms every night I was incorrectly charged for my arming every night of my stay Breakfast ( pick up and go) is all carbs and nothing healthy

The room was ok, the unexpected $35 charge to park in their “self-drive parking” was outrageous, hidden under “options” on reservation page. There was no fridge or coffeemaker or any way to heat water in the room. The COVID pre-packed cold breakfast included oatmeal but no bowl or utensils. Mattress was VERY soft. Heat/AC was loud and inaccurate thermostat. No information in the room about the hotel area or breakfast hours

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Also very accommodating. Some of the Hotel guests were noisy. There was also construction in the area.

Rooms are small, no microwave or coffee pot in room. Ad on Expedia said the rooms had private balcony and they did not

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was small but clean and organized well. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was relatively expensive ($35/day) but is to be expected in NYC. We really enjoyed the large roof-top balcony that was open to guests. The only thing we did not like was that the breakfast buffet was not available because of COVID and our room's A/C unit wasn't working very well. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.
