The air conditioning broke so the room was incredibly hot and dry. Having more outlets to plug phones near the bed would be very good too. The doors are very loud when you guests don't softly close.

Excess family needing room led to two couples staying at the Alt Hotel over Christmas. Appreciated the convenient location for the shopping mall, bus station and residential area. We were a bit disappointed that there was only cold breakfast via room service, but can understand that the hotel had minimal staff during the holiday. Front desk staff were very helpful.

We are used to Alt Hotels and usually love them. This one in Qc city does not meet the standards of the chain at all. It is an old best western or something like that that has been converted. Disapointes.

Good hotel across the street from a very large Mall. It has free parking, both outside and underground. Free valet parking is also available. It does not have free breakfast, but there are numerous eateries nearby, including one affiliated with the hotel.
