They let us us the kitchen and eat in the dining room at any time. They also gave us free apple tea.

View and customer service overall everything excellent

The service here is really excellent. They welcome you and make you feel at home much more so than comparable hotels in Istanbul. I was offered coffee and tea and hospitality at all hours of the day. The location is great. I had a view of Hagia Sophia (slightly obstructed) from my room. The hotel has a homey feel. I look forward to coming back.

Mostly everything was excellent, the top cover of the bedding (there is only this and a sheet on the bed) did not seem clean. I don't know if they are laundered as often as the sheets. Also pillows are not proper pillows but more like very hard over stuffed cushions that are also made from upholstery fabric, if you can sleep you will probably have neck ache in the morning. Breakfast was poor, boiled eggs were a few days old, even though there were 5 more people to come in a dining room that held 20 people, the hot food was empty and not replaced which was disappointing, only one hot drink is seved. Fire escapes seem strange as they point you to a room rather than an exit. Location is great.

The hotel location is great! Can arrive Topkapi Palace within 5 mins and restaurants all around here. All staff here are friendly, responsible and willing to offer help. The room is clean with decent decoration.Extremely recommended!

I really like this hotel a lot. The staff are always helpful right from the start. Location is great. I stayed in a single room and it was very small, but I was really there just to sleep.

Le personnel est top. Accessible et disponible. Très serviable. Les chambre ne sont vraiment pas propres. Sous les lit des moutons de poussières.

Отдыхали в этом отеле на Новый год. Об отеле: расположение отеля ОЧЕНЬ удачное, запомнили с первого раза куда идти, номера: номер чистый, маленький но ОЧЕНЬ УЮТНЫЙ! Главное понравилась батарея, на которой сушили вещи после дождей в номере ВСЕГДА было тепло!!! Полотенца и туалетные принадлежности были в достатке, спасибо Фатьме! Завтраки понравились, голодным не уйдёшь ( особенно понравился жаренный хлеб в яйце, спасибо Фатьме). Ребята на ресепшен всегда готовы помочь, приятно было общаться, хотя мы не знали английского, но понимание было достигнуто ВСЕГДА! ОЧЕНЬ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ОТЕЛЬ! Обязательно вернусь В Стамбул и выбор будет за этим отелем!!!! Только туда!!!!! Спасибо Вам ВСЕМ!!!!!
