The first desk lady was pretty rode and impatient I was there in hour before and she didn’t take me and even after when I came on time she still was very impatient....... There was no shampoo no body wash no nothing ........

Very clean room and awesome customer service

Very bad experience, no guest service at all when checking in. They were extremely rude & unprofessional, for that reason I even checked out at 5 AM, but the guy when who was there when I checked out was very nice & respectful!!!

The hotel is very nice, good location if you're placed in one of the back rooms because the lIRR station is right in front of the hotel. Beds are comfy and rooms has decent space, this booking was my second time there. A problem I had was when I checked in, the recipientionist tried to put me on the cellar floor after she got off the phone stating to another customer that there was plenty of rooms which bothered me a little. I felt like she was judging me but she did give another room after I told her I wasn't accepting it. Breakfast was good. Its worth its price.

Front desk people were extremely friendly. Neighborhood is not the greatest.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. Hairs and stains left on the walls. Walls very thin and could hear the TV from the adjoining room all night. Plus, ALL of the amenities were stripped down due to COVID, so that was a real bummer. But the staff was friendly and helpful.

Service is poor the front desk worker was very rude had to wait to check in for a hour
