You have to pay extra to use hotel WiFi, but there is no staff. The tv doesn’t work as it’s too old for the new digital signals, there is no soap in the broken dispensers, room is not cleaned or bin emptied. It’s like traveling in the old east block again. We’ve all booked into a different hotel with basic service.

Very cheap, clean sheets and room, good location and nice staff. But very noisy, because off thin walls and windows. Also when people walked in and ut the doors slamming was very loud. Would choose another hotel.

The shared bathroom was in reality a great concept. Very eco friendly and spotless. Having been a chambermaid between 6th form and polytechnic I know what it is like to clean 30 plus bathrooms a day. The room was small but comfortable/ we sat one morning at the table by the window with coffee and pasties from the local bakery. The walls are not paper thin and we hardly heard our fellow guests. Good hotel in a lovely neighbourhood with great bars and restaurants. No complaints from us.

If you need a place to sleep - it is not it. The doors were banging all night - so it is impossible to sleep, people in one of the neighbouring rooms were having a party til 5 o'clock in the morning with screaming an smoking (even though it is no-smoking hotel). Calling reception did not help - nothing was done. It was pretty dirty too, a sink in the room was broken, but it is not as big of a problem as noise and smoke. So, it is not good option if you need a place to sleep. It might be a good place for a drunken brawl and puking in the hall - if you are into that kind of thing.

They don't advertise the rooms as having a shared bathroom before booking. After you confirm and pay for it, It does say "shared bathroom " (with the whole floor). Once you can't cancel anymore (non-refundable price). Extremely unhelpful and rude staff.

Great location and the room was nice with a comfortable bed.

The hotel was fine for what it was. We have no issues with the overall hotel. We also loved the location of the hotel. What we struggled with was the noise. It was hot so we had to have the window open. Opening the window let in the street noise which was terrible. Down the block there is a bar and people are extremely loud. Noise combined with the endless daylight made sleep extremely difficult.
