The hotel is part of a huge infrastructure of the same chain.
The hotel building is quite old, and you can see it at several places (broken things, old and used interior, etc.)
Staff is generally friendly although not exceptionally caring. Especially at the reception they were rather unhelpful, sometimes even rude, and their level of English could be better for such a place.
I felt that the hotel was really crowded, even end of October, often we had to wait for quite some time to find a place at the restaurants etc. And of course, the few sunbeds at the pools were usually reserved by Germans when we arrived...
Really annoying was the strong and cold wind every day, we were freezing at the beach or the pool, even though it was very sunny every day. During the hot summer, this wind might be pleasant, but in October it prevents you from enjoying beach holidays. In the end, it didn't make sense to go there at this time.
The food and drinks the offer in all inclusive at the buffet and in the bars was quite good actually.
Very disappointing was that in a four-days stay we could only reserve one single time a table at their a la carte restaurants they also have. When we were there, the food was not really good, would have been better eating at the buffet restaurant. Also apart from one restaurant, all others were closed over lunch, so of course they never have tables available... They shouldn't offer something and make ad for it that they apparently don't really want to offer....
