ホテル ギブズ ダウンタウン リバーウォーク (アメリカ)

アラモ砦やリバーウォークまで数分で行かれ、立地がとても良かったです。フロントやレストランの従業員の対応も、笑顔、親切で好印象が持てました。客室は、シャワーの出が若干弱かったのを除けば、清潔でエアコンの性能も良く、快適に過ごせませした。

It was not the greatest. No water, problem with WIFI, problems with toilet. Very limited breakfast choices. Bar closed and no sit down breakfast

Hotels Gibbs is in a great location. It is across the street from the Alamo and a few blocks from the river walk. The hotel staff were as accommodating as the situation allowed during the shutdown of Texas due to the winter storm.

Great location in the heart of San Antonio. The shower is good. The coffee was very disappointing. Don't try the breakfast.

Great location with older building. Parking was expensive but all downtown parking is expensive.

Pros: location was the best! Across the street from Alamo, river center mall, river walk, ripleys, bars.. service was good, valet was good. CONS: Room was tiny maybe cuz we were in a corner room not sure, no housekeeping, no ice bucket, restroom had tp roll that was almost empty on the holder, shower head was placed really weird so water would spill out the shower, hair in sink, soap scum on mirror. A.c. didn't work too well.

It was really hard to pick this hotel due to its horrible reviews. I had to read a lot of them to realize that most people complain about parking, which is not part of a hotel stay in most cities. I did not bring a car. Staff friendliness is also not a requirement, however, the staff was really nice and even took the time to answer my non-hotel stay related questions. The lobby, elevators and room were clean and smelled nice. There was hand sanitizer available in the lobby. In the room there was a coffee maker, big screen TV, toiletries, hairdryer, and many clean towels. The mattress was a little harder than I prefer, but it was fine. The location was perfect - close to all the sight seeing and shopping and entertainment I needed. The price was unbeatable.
