Pros: - Fantastic location, with shuttle buses running frequently from the shuttle bus station (which is accessible via AirTrain from the terminals). - Very clean! - Kiosk and restaurant both available within the hotel. Cons: - A bit noisy with airplanes (!) and people speaking loudly in the parkin areas and corridors. - No response from the staffs to my message for inquiry. - The wifi connection is very weak and thus the internet works very slowly. I would definitely use this hotel again.

空港に近い、綺麗なホテル。 前日まで泊まってたニューヨークの汚くて狭い最悪なホテルと大違い。 部屋もベッド広くてとても快適…

玄関、受付カウンターが改装されていてとても綺麗になっていた。 夜中1時にシャトルバスお願いしていたら、時間どうり空港で待機してくれていた。部屋の清掃もきちっとしていた。また本日朝4時予約のシャトルで空港に向かった

アーリーチェックインでは、たぶん入室できない。ロビーに売店とレストランがあったため休憩できたのでよかった。

部屋も広く清潔で快適でした。ドアのキーカードが何度も使えなくなりその都度フロントに行ったのが少し面倒でした。

Terrible service all around. I stayed for 6 nights and had several incidents. I ordered a $3 large coffee at the snack bar. I gave $2 in bills and $1 in coins. The attendant (large African American gentleman) told me this wasn't $3. I ensured him it was, and he said he wasn't paid to count change... but to pour coffee. I told him money is money, and if he didn't want it I would take it back. He said 'just let it go'. Let it go? How could I? The following night about 4am, I heard loud noises from the room next door from a man and woman. It lasted for about an hour and some banging on the wall. My colleague also heard it from his room the following night... very disturbing when it's that loud. When we went to check out, the attendant looked busy and very annoyed when she called me to her station. At the restaurant the waitress was also very abrupt and rude...no 'please' or 'thank you'. Hotel was quite old and not the cleanest. Overall, my stay was subpar. What was missing was smiles on the staff's faces and willingness to go the extra mile to make the guest's stay more pleasant. There were three of us in total, and all of us agreed this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. Please benchmark service with your peers around the world. They have much better service and employees are paid much much less.

ホテルのレストラン、売店は他のRamada　Hotelと比べて充実しています。ただ、周辺の徒歩圏には、何もありません。

建物が古く値段の割りには快適な空間とは言えない。ただし、ニューヨークまでのアクセスはバスなどの手配があり便利。
