ホテル カサ アンティグア

This was a very cute little hotel near the centre of Antigua's main streets. Staff were lovely and even let me use the kitchen to heat food when the borders were closed due to Corona virus. Rooms were spotless and there was hot water for tea and coffee as well as drinking water stations around the lovely gardens. The staff even organised for a driver to take us to the mexican border 6 hours away when we heard that there maybe a chance of leaving guatemala (stranded due to border closures). I would definately stay again when travel returns to normal. Thank you to all the lovely staff and people of Guatemala for your kindness shown to me during my stay in Guatemala. BEDS WERE SO UNCOMFORTABLE

I liked the property and how close to places it was, the beds, the cleanliness. I did not like the slow WIFI. I wish they would have had a restaurant in the property. Service was good. The complementary coffee was never hot.

Patios,. Staff was very kind and very helpful. Clean and comfortable.

The gardens where very nice, easy access to everything in Antigua

Super cute hotel! Enjoyed my stay here. Location is very close to el arco as well as the Central Park. My room was clean, well furnished and everything I needed on my long weekend trip by myself. Also really recommend to women traveling by themselves as the main door is closed and guarded at night. Staff was friendly. Really good price for quiet and comfort.

Great place only defult that the pool was in another location

Centrally located to all the things I like to do. Staff very friendly.

We arrived late evening and were given the last room which was not what we had booked . Very small, dark, dank cell. The next day the manager refused to provide us with the room we booked or compensation. Generally very unhelpful. To top it off we were bitten by bed bugs!
