L'appartement une pièce était spacieuse pour 3 personnes. Les lits confortables. On entendait un peu le bruit extérieur, mais nous avons bien dormi quand même. Nous avons utilisé la vaiselle, mais nous ne l'avons pas lavé. Il n'y avait pas de linge pour la sécher.

The staff was very accommodating, check-in was easy and smooth. The room was spacious and well appointed. Very modern and very chic. Within walking distance of many great restaurants and attractions. We will definitely stay at the Old Town Snail the next time we are in Bucharest.

This hotel apartment is the best ! We had one with the terrasse and we loved it. It is a wonderful place and we will definitely go back. Up front we read about noice from bars in the evening but it was quite and no probs. The location is great with everything just around. Will highly recommend.

We loved both of our stays here. Spotless apartment with everything you need, fantastic staff, and great location. I highly recommend these apartments for a visit to Bucharest. If I could give a review of more than five stars, especially for staff, I would not hesitate to do so. Thank you staff at Old Snail for making our time in Bucharest so pleasant.

Very polite staff, very helpful and available to reply to your questions to make your stay and exploring Bucharest as pleasant as possible! Very clean and modern apartment, well equipped with luxury toiletries available. Good central location. Went there with the family and kids enjoyed the spacious apartment too! Many shops near by.

The apartments ( we stayed in apartment Snail2) were very modern had everything you could need!. Had a great nights sleep, bed and sofa bed were very comfortable, even had the snail design logo on the pillow cases. Very much enjoyed watching the snails on the walls from the sofa bed especially at night when they were lit up. In reception they had water and paper cups provided which was much welcomed in the Bucharest heat. Centrally located in the old town but situated back from the main strip but 60 seconds walk and you’re there. Highly recommend would stay again when visiting Bucharest. Molton Brown toiletries were a nice touch as was the bath robes (available on request).

The location was excellent and still quiet even though it was in the middle of old town. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room was spacious and clean, we really enjoyed it. Communication was superb and they checked every day by whatsapp if there was anything we might need. They arranged our friend a surprise when we arrived due to her birthday. Great place to stay, highly recommend.

The Snail is a unique place to stay, very modern, clean with well appointed rooms and a short walk to the main bar and restaurant areas, but far enough away so you’re not too close to the busy streets!

Staff were helpful from the moment i booked, the hotel sent me everything i need to know before my stay. I checked in around 11.30pm and again they had everything i need sent to me. Room was spotless and bed was so cosy. I was sent little message every day from them asking did i need anything and with helpful tips and things to do. Wvwn aloud us to hold are bags their with them until 4pm as we were on a later flight. Honestly amazing stay and if i were to come back i would be staying here again. Night clubs- pubs and restaurant a stone throw away from the hotel. Italian restaurant downstair food amazing. 5 star review will deserved.
