A good budget option and very comfortable. I had come off doing a scrambling trip in the Rockies and was headed for another day of outdoor adventures in the Golden area - so a roof over my head, in the central part of town, was what I needed. Well located, clean, and it was also quiet. The only strange feature about it was how the heating vents worked...I was drying my hiking boots...it took some figuring out.

We stopped for one night stay on our way through. Was perfect for a great sleep. Very clean and neat! Also off main #1 hwy so quiet. Rondo was superb for our quick stay.

Cannot imagine how people can stay in the room with the air conditioner turned on. It’s roaring like a F1! Woke up because the next door was having a shower in the morning at 6. It is unreasonably expensive for CAD124 per day!

The check in clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Not clean, service is okay.

Linen and draperies were very clean, super comfy bed, friendly service. Room could have used another sweep, hair everywhere. Shampoo bottles were half used. AC was loud and could use a cleaning. No coffee machine, had to use the tub spout to fill kettle. Headed out on my motorcycle with wet hair, no hair dryer. The rear parking lot could use a fence to replace the orange barricades and block the direct view of people sitting outside of St. Vincent DePaul senior's center, who sat there from 4pm to sunset.

It as ok motel not what I expected but did work for the night!!
