Hotel Life at Banyan Tree Courtyard Hotel
Hotel is in a prime location for beach, restaurants, shops and transport. Hotel is clean and friendly with very helpful staff. The hotel, pool and grounds are cleaned/maintained daily, room privacy is respected at all times. Management & staff go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant and enjoyable one.

Nice and simple place
A nice and comfortable stay at this simple place. Very well maintained, clean and functional accommodation. Very good value for money and great location. Limited choice of food, though all around there are so many options.

Locarion on border of Candolim and Calangute.
Basic rooms which was fine for me. Nice large open shower in bathroom.
Ecvellent staff.
Small pool which was kept immaculate.
Would recommend for price

It's a good hotel with basic facilities available in every room. Parking is restricted to 2 cars in the premises. Overall it's a convenient stay close to the beach.

Good stay for a short trip and at a good price
Pleasant stay for a short trip. Rooms were good for the price. Staff is helpful and friendly. Din't have a chance to eat at the restaurant, but the bar looked good. Located right next to Novotel hotel, on the main road. Rented bikes/cars right next to the hotel.

Value for money
i stayed in second week of May 14. hotel is relatively cheap and near beach. there are good restaurants around for variety of food. hotel's cleanliness was good . but the cable tv connection had disturbances that manager could not fix.
No telephone/ intercom in room.

Lovely staff, but hotel badly in need of TLC
We would stay here again ( possibly) because the staff were so helpful. The "restaurant" served excellent food.However the hotel was shabby and run down. It was in a good position for the beaches, only a five minute walk, but was on the only through road which at times was really busy and noisy.
However I did feel like I'd been to India which can't be said of some other places in Goa.
