This was a nice place. Rooms and public spaces felt new and clean - plenty of space. Really nice bathrooms! The deluxe rooms have little terraces overlooking the city (shame about the pollution but that's just Tirana!). Staff were friendly and helpful. I had wanted a room with a bathtub and noticed when booking that some rooms said "bathroom or shower." I didn't make a special request, and sure enough when I got to my room it had no tub. No problem though: I phoned reception striaght away and they moved me with no issues. New room had a fantastic tub AND nice rain shower. So if you want a tub, just request it in the booking. The restaurant is good and friendly, and much lower price than you might expect from a hotel restaurant. Rooftop bar is also good, and same remark stands for price. Only slight problem is that the room got a bit hot - no a/c, only heating available this time of year so I had to let some cool in by opening the balcony door, so of course the pollution also came in. But it wasn't a major problem. Overall was very happy.

The suite was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and ver helpful. I would definitely return again. Thank you!

Everything as expected with very comfortable beds with fresh bed linen daily, easy walking distance to the town centre. Not a bad choice at all.

Fantastic hotel in great location. Staff amazing. Always there to help. Nice breakfast. Excellent room with massive comfy bed. 15 mins walk to centre of Tirana. From there you can get buses all over. Beautiful rooftop bar. Reasonable prices for drinks too. Would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely hotel and my room was small but very clean and well maintained. It's 10-15 mins walk from the main square. My only problem was the pool was closed for the season, which was the main reason I booked this hotel. I think it needs stating clearly that the pool closes in September. Other than that, I had a really enjoyable stay here.

Very nice staff eager to please. Very informative on where to go and places to see and dine.Lots of restaurants and bars near the hotel and a 20 minute walk to the center.very nice hotel
