We had a lovely stay at Aruna. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is central and handy, just a fews minutes of walking from Tram and seaside.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. We are backpackers and have stayed at hundreds of hotels but only a few stand out because of their hospitality and this is one of them. Whatever we needed, they were always willing to help. Even helped us print some documents we needed for the airport. Great stay, we would definitely stay again!

Very bad hotel , I booked for 5days but I left hotel after one day becouse of bad services , not clean ,every thing not as advertised This hotel is only one star not four stars

Great location - ideally central to Old Town Nice character property Room clean, beds comfortable Staff very obliging - Maintenance needed on certain areas (bath sealant/grout, intermittent aircon issues)

Great people, especially Umut very nice guy,breakfast is great better than some hotels than Ive been to in the past year.

I read the past reviews but this is not a 4* hotel, rather a 3*: guest house. Staff are friendly and helpful, location is walking distance of the main attractions in Sultanhamet area. Unfortunately from my experience, being moved to a shabby room on the first night and then have to wait until 4pm to get the room I booked, I can not recommend this hotel.

All in all it was a pleasent experience in the hotel, the reception guy is polite, friendly and helpful, we got the Turkish style bathroom in the room which was nice touch, will stay again at the place

It us a Traditional Turkish Setup.Room is amazing.Hospitality one of the best in any hotels I have stayed.Umut the gentleman at the hotel is so helpful and friendly and always is willing to help.A great stay.I had a great nights sleep, in what were very comfortable beds. Clean and Tidy with fresh sheets and towels. Recommended

The best experience so far ! The hotel was super good for the price, the staff was so friendly and professionnal specially an employee called Umut he was so kind and professionnal and he made me feel like i am home ! Thanks guys thanks Umut, I will definilty come back !
