No on site parking had to pay for parking beds were uncomfortable toilet paper holder on the wall, no hot water in shower.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there for our 37 wedding anniversary. However, the noise level (loud music and people reveling) from the outside, bars were open until 2:00 am. We were on the third floor with a city view (not recommended). Downtown can be very noisy at nights. We stayed two nights and the house keeping was not done during our stay. We had to request new towels and take out our trash!

I was hesitant to travel due to the pandemic; however, I could see the hotel took all the precautions and it was as safe as possible. My family could not have been more happy with the experience!

Location was great. Room was very comfortable and perfect for what we needed.

The best part of TownePlace Suites was the valet parking attendants. They were friendly and hospitable. It was hit or miss with the front desk clerks as half of them acted like they didn't want to be there. The room was nice and cozy, although smaller than the images online and I was a little bothered by the half used roll of toilet paper still on the roller. But the hotel is very convenient to everything downtown including the river-walk and reasonably priced. I suggest going to the Walgreens across the street for drinks or snacks because we paid 6.47 for two water bottles at their "market" within the hotel lobby. A little ridiculous. And although the valet team is nice I believe $35 a night for parking is a little steep as there is no available "free" parking anywhere in the city. Charging what they want. I would rate this hotel and staff a 6.5 out of 10.

This hotel was perfect for us. It was close to all of the sights and eateries. We really took advantage of the beautiful River Walk all lit up with holiday lights.

I liked that you can only access the building using your room key.

So we end up not staying here at all! I was very upset, they didn’t have any parking and the parking they provide is $35 plus tax! On top of that it says it pet friendly when it’s not the case at all!!!!! They wanted to charge an extra $100 non-refundable fee for having our dog with us!!!... we trying canceling our stay but according to the site it was too late and we couldn’t get any of our money back! I would not recommend this place at all, the receptionist wasn’t even friendly or nice. We ended up finding a hotel a couple of blocks from this location and we didn’t have to pay anything extra for having our dog with us.

Don’t come to this hotel the services is poor. Rooms smell like sh&$@ plus the valet parking steal your personal belongs and nobody care about it
