Very private and accommodate. In general the place could use a upgrade , the Hot tubs are old , TV service is almost non existent. The staff was excellent

The private hot tubs was a really nice feature and the main reason I booked here. I didn't realize these efficiencies don't come with daily cleaning service. They supplied plenty of towels and we could have gotten more if needed. Our room, Sea Shell has a room over it. So, although it is the closest one to the water, anyone walking with heels on upstairs wakes you at midnight. Click, click click. Ugh. The pool on the adult only side is not heated. The place was very quiet and only once did I see a couple by the pool. I like the quieter end of Siesta key where this resort is. Easy to hop the trolley from here. Quick walk to the beach and a couple restaurants. The owner is very friendly and helpful if you have a specific need. All rooms come with wine opener and blender!

We loved the private hot tub on our patio. The grounds were very pretty. The room itself was nothing special. We thought it was very overpriced for what we got. The bed’s mattress was comfortable but the microfiber sheets were very warm and didn’t breath. Also, they didn’t stay on the mattress because they weren’t designed for a thicker mattress. The blanket on our bed, as well as the one in the closet were queen sized and we had a king sized bed so they didn’t fit. Also, I think for the price we paid, clean towels should be brought daily. There were only 6 bath towels in the room and considering that we were supposed to use these towels for showering, after the hot tub, and for the beach, that wasn’t enough. I would strongly recommend providing actual beach towels. They did have beach chairs to use but these were also old and very cheap models that didn’t adjust. We enjoyed having kayaks accessible, as well as bikes. In addition, there was another room above ours, and the occupants were extremely noisy, clomping around on the tile floors until 2 am. More needs to be done to soundproof the floor or at least put carpeting in the upper level.

The location was perfect . It was walking distance to turtle beach and siesta beach a short drive

We were disappointed in the condition of the property, 9004 Midnight Pass Rd. Our room, Key Largo, was very dark, the shower floor was very slippery. The other Turtle Beach resort across the street was much brighter, cleaner, newer buildings and healthy flowers and foliage. When we asked about the difference, the staff told us that we were in the adult only area and the upgraded area was for families. We were disappointed especially considering the cost $372/night.

The outdoor amenities were wonderful with lots of nice places to sit and look at the water. There were kayaks and bikes for our use which we appreciated. The location was prime as far as being quiet and close to the beach. Our disappointment was that the actual units needed some repair and updating. Because they were so old they were not very clean.

Location and privacy of this property was great. It was good that kayaks, bikes and fishing rods were included.

Our stay was amazing. We stayed in the Victorian cottage. Absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kayaks. The free trolley service was just a 2 min walk from our cottage. It took us everywhere we wanted to go. I can not say enough about our stay or the location. Everything was perfect and we highly recommend it. You can not go wrong
