It was very expensive however we had a ball

Very Clean, Nice Staff, 1 thing I just remembered (negative ) was the app for the Lodge. They had no prices on individual activities.

They cancelled the reservation and expedia must refund me my money. Your online help was no help. I need to speak to someone.

Kids enjoyed the treasure hunt, however the place was not clean. My granddaughter fell in the wave pool ... had a lot of algae on the bottom of it and was slippery all over. Slides were dirty and extremely crowded. We did not get room service in 3073 at all ... had to call FD to bring towels at night.

The room was great and clean. Noise level in the room was surprisingly very low considering the amount of children there. The food was a disappointment at the hotel. There is an abundance of places to eat very close and I would pick one of them next time we go there.

This place is hell. Overpacked, expensive, loud, and annoying. The staff try their best but they are so tired and overworked. The indoor water park was so packed it was awful. I saw a band-aid floating in the wave pool. What a truly horrible place.

I had trouble with my room key a couple of times. I ended up having to go back down to the main floor to get a new key made twice and had to wait with food and a toddler for someone to fix it. other than that no issues

I did it like that our room never got cleaned. We got back to our room in time for dinner and the bed was still on made it was nice if they at least brought coffee and clean towels but appreciated the whole room cleaned. I liked that one of the staff saying my daughter happy birthday when she knew we were there to celebrate her
