The customer service in front is awful. In my room, I was not able to use WiFi even thought it was available in reception and 2/3 floor. When I complained to the guy in the front, he told me it is not his job to resolve this issue, and kindly advised me it is same that whether you use WiFi in reception or your room. How it could be same if I use WiFi in private area and public area? Then the guy suggested me that I should go to front in tomorrow morning again. Then I went to the front again, the new guy told me they can change my room to 2/3 floor where WiFi is available, but they asked me to pack my luggages and put in the luggage storage in the 1st floor. Well, when I brought my luggages to there, it was almost public area which doesn't look secure at all, furthermore, there are lockers which cost 2 EURO to use it!! The price is not a matter, why I need to pay additional fees because of their issue, even they guranteed WiFi is available in room on the boking page? Then, when I complained again, they said it is okay to put my luggages in my room, then they will bring them to the new room when it is ready. The most horrible thing was when I backed to the hotel again, they gave me a new room on the 5th floor where was still not able to use WiFi!! I really don't know how much time I wasted. Really cannot recommend to stay at this hotel, unless you want to pay and experience the awful customer survice.
