We had requested a room with a Mountain View. They took they gave us had no view but they upgraded us to a room at balance; which was way nicer, though we had to pay for the upgrade. After that, everything was smooth. The hotel was amazing and the food was great

We had a fantastic three night stay at the Adler and totally loved our experience. All aspects of this hotel were fabulous and well worth the money. The spa was incredible with options for specialty services such as massages, mud baths, and salt grottos that were most enjoyable. The pools and outdoor saunas were also relaxing. The grounds were impeccable and a real oasis of calm. We purchased the half board which allowed us to enjoy extensive breakfast, lunch, afternoon cake, and dinner dining experiences. The menus were outstanding with many choices and all that we tried we found well prepared and very tasty. The location of the hotel allowed walking access to shopping and other dining facilities as well as walking trails. The only ripple to this fantastic experience was that the room lacked air conditioning. It is not available in the mountains, which we did not know. I am certain that normally this would not have been a problem as we had a balcony door which could have allowed for cool air to enter. However, during two of our three nights noisy neighbors prevented us from keeping the door open and therefore we were most uncomfortable in a warm room without ventilation. To the hotel's credit when I called to complain about the neighbor on the first night they immediately called their room and the noise decreased. Please do not let this prevent you from staying at this wonderful hotel. All in all we enjoyed our experience and will stay at the Adler again.

Everything was absolutely perfect! A true 5 star experience. Can’t wait to go back .

Amazing trip

Stunning hotel!!! We stayed in a mountain view suite and the views over the Dolomites was unreal! The communal areas were spotlessly clean and the spa was wonderful.

Friendly relationships, long-standing employees and regular guests characterize the hotel, which is now managed by the 6th and 7th founding generation. This was only our second visit to the Adler Dolomiti. Anytime again!

We stayed in the Balance hotel. Although we had to walk a little to the main hotel we got a great view on the whole area and a quiet room. The staff was very friendly and helpful .

Exceptional from check in through to check out. The Adler hotel and staff exceeded all my expectations.

We stayed here during the Easter holidays which coincided with the end of the ski season. It is more a location for a ski holiday than any other activity but the surrounding area is pretty, quiet and very relaxing. Service at the hotel was excellent and everything was spotlessly clean.
