The restaurant is very good, staff are friendly & the garden is lovely & like a min Oacis of calm.

Amazing location in centre, lovely garden and great breakfast.

Upgraded to a lovely room with a balcony overlooking a large, shady garden. Staff were very helpful and had excellent English language. Hotel was stylish, comfortable with a good vibe. Dined at the 'shared plate' restaurant, not our understanding of shared plate dining. Fully recommend this hotel for a relaxing accommodation to return to after sight seeing.

This is a grand old hotel that has been impeccably maintained. Our room was spacious and elegantly appointed. True, it did not have a view from the window, but that was easily remedied the minute you stepped out: the hotel has a beautiful setting and it sits in a lovely little park. The bar was also elegant--the staff was quick to bring drinks (reasonably priced) out to the garden for a lovely twilight experience. We tried the breakfast and the lunch at the hotel restaurant. Both were first class. There is a sauna and a "salt cave" but it was not sauna weather. The staff was professional and welcoming.

Great spa that you don’t have to pay extra to use.really cool large hot tub down in a cave like room that had water always entering so seemed really clean.Front desk was helpful with information anround town.Get towels and robe from front desk for spa use and be prepaired to see naked people lol.

A Marvelous experience!.Gracious,elegant and quite charming, right in the center of the quaint city of Bolzano,which at Christmas time is magical.I happen to dislike the new trend of minimalist hotels without a “soul” so I was thrilled the minute we walked through the beautiful garden to enter this lovely place.The young man at the reception was very cordial,our room...Perfect..right size,nice furniture and decoration,lovely drapes and linens,very comfortable bed,great shower,everything immaculate,and of course...the Balcony!,with a wonderful view,which we enjoyed even in the cold weather.Unfortunately we were not at the Parkhotel Luna too long and had no time to go to the spa or have breakfast but we will return.My compliments to the staff of such a charming place.

Very nice hotel. Close to station and markets. Clean. Comfortable. Should provide milk sachet with tea coffee maker.

We had only one night available to stay in Bolzano but did want to experience this very different part of Italy. This hotel was a very easy walk with luggage from the train station, no hills and good paving all way for tiller bags. Entrance to hotel is stunning, lovely garden of trees shrubs and tables!chairs we later used. Room was spacious. Window over that garden, all amenities, very clean etc Check in a breeze, lift and large gracious corridors lined with historic prints. As my wife’s birthday, this hotel was welcome surprise. We had aperative in the very comfortable bar before dining out, but had fine lunch in the hotel restaurant the next day before leaving.. the location terrific- one of the 3 funiculars to the mountains above the town just at end of street (5 Rorris each way, every 4 minutes and lovely short and long walks at top, and stunning views. Hotel helped with lost phone charger (charged phone and directed to nearby shop for replacement) and checkout at 12 but kept bags for hours more so we had effective full 2nd day. Staff terrific on everything. Right on edge of centre, stroll down the street to famous author man museum and the central historical piazzas. Had the total feel of luxury without an equivalent price tag. Wife very happy with birthday!

The comfortable and well run hotel situated in the old city with a tiny private park. Has a garage for 15 euro per day.

The Good: It is at the best location. Nice staff. Looks kind of oldish but fine. It is worth the price. The Bad: Parking costs extra. Book with breakfast or it is going to be costly too. The Ugly: We found two roaches middle of the night in the bathroom.
