ホテル バレスタ (マドリード)

Had a nice stay here. Room was clean and quiet and pleasant. Nice bathroom. The air conditioning was actually too cold and you couldn't control it from the room even though there was a thermostat in the room. Apparently it was controlled from the front desk but they couldn't make it like 2 degrees warmer but I was happy at least it wasn't too hot during the heat wave. There was no refrigerator in the room but a large one downstairs that you could use. Also a microwave and coffee maker and a hot water kettle. Free internet and computers downstairs. All very good. Great location for our activities. Would definitely stay again.

Could not get a more perfect location! Right off the Gran Via and close to many local bars and restaurants. Rooms are nothing special, but do the trick! Staff was excellent and welcoming.

It was horrible experience overall. There were ants in the room, one of the staffs was very unfriendly and it is very close to the Gran Via but it is in the prostitution alley, so it is not for a family trip.

Excellent location, 3 minutes walking to Gran Via and very close to Plaza del Sol.

We had a great stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
