Hotel is rated as 1* so I had limited expectations, whilst it is rough around the edges i was pleasantly surprised. Staff were friendly and helpful a particular thanks to Ibrahim who always had a smile and kindly printed boarding passes and called Taxi (official Paris Taxi). Cleaning lady also very nice and thourough at her job. Spacious Bathroom with rainfall shower and piping hot water. Some of other guests a bit noisy and a bit nousy out the front of hotel but all in all a devent budget hotel if you are just looking a convenient base to explore Paris (metro station literally across the syreet) and not planning on spending most of the day in room. All in all a satisfactory experience if you remember it is officially a 1* but service and cleanliness is at least much more . ne last point expect a lot of street peddlars at the Metrobut they werent agressive and didnt bother us.

The hotel is absolutely disgusting, it is not at all worth staying in this hotel , it’s absolutely a tip ! The hotel needs complete renovation as it’s damp smell all throughout the hotel I would nt recommend this hotel to any tourists it’s abs disgusting.pls avoid this hotel.

Never ever book any room in this Hotel. I booked for 4 nights but left it on 2nd day and moved to another hotel. Worst property I have ever seen in my life. Never seen such a dirty bathrooms made in less than two square meter area. shower is 2 ft x 2 ft. WC is half under the wash basin, so how to sit on it? All rooms with broken floor. I am now scared to book any hotel on Hotels.com.

Bathroom was small, but well kept. The exterior is quite well maintained and has a pleasant view out over the square. Although quite functional, rooms could use a new veneer and somewhat more attention to the condition. WiFi was acceptable. Though the neighbourhood is nothing to write home about, it has all of the amenities and is only a short metro ride from downtown Paris.

The room is very congested.we can not have shower bcz water not down from the shower pot.Sink is tiny we can not use it because if you get water from the sink it come down to the floor.night shift receptionist very rude doesn't have any idea about customer service even thoug he was interrupt trying to stop our friends to visiting us in hotel ! Overall very bad experience.

Because there was no AC, we had to open our windows. The area was so noisy, we woke up several times during the night. The hotel is old and smelly, the carpet needs to be replaced. The stair is so small, the hallway is tiny, we worried how to escape in case of fire. We have never seen a shower that small. You would wet the whole bathroom during a shower. The area did not seem safe to walk around. For tourists, we recommend to avoid this area

It was a great stay and the place was so close to metro but it was located in a crowded part of the city and too noisy.

Propreté plus que médiocre ,traces d humidité , plafonnier sans hublot , odeur noseabonde, équipement vétuste, traces de saletés ... De plus en période de forte chaleur sans climatisation ni ventilateur ,juste la possibilité d ouvrir la fenêtre . Le problème beaucoup d attroupement en bas de l hôtel et du bruit, des cris toutes la nuit .

Hôtel bien placé pour petit budget , par contre , les chambres voisines sont chez nous , pas de serviettes ni de tapis de bain le premier jours , la chasse d'eau qui siffle toute la nuit ( être obligé de la fermer ) , pas de petit déjeuners

Je ne comprends pas comment Hotels.com peut proposer un établissement de ce genre sur son site internet. La chambre était insalubre, sale et petite,impossible d'y mettre des valises, des moisissures dans la salle d'eau (pommeau de douche, sol, miroir dans un sale état). Les gobelets proposés dans la salle d'eau n'étaient même pas protégés par un filme plastique. Le parquet était tâché (comme des tâches de sang partout), un clou à moitié planté dans le parquet. Les murs du sol au plafond écaillés avec moisissures. Le matelas du lit double était déformé (usé à son milieu). Une odeur de cigarette dans l'ascenseur. Le personnel de l'accueil fort désagréable. Seul point positif le métro se situe au pieds de l'hôtel.
