A wonderful boutique hotel right on the harbor waterfront, within easy walking distance to old town. Nice sunset views of the harbor and lighthouse from balcony. The service from staff was excellent - always going the extra mile.

We loved our stay at Riviera Suites. It was like new and very clean and impeccably finished. Also super convenient to everything in the harbor. The view of the Harbor was amazing. Not a complaint, but you do need to carry your luggage up the stairs as there isn’t an elevator, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall a fantastic experience.

I had a sea view suite on the harbor which is beautiful! The staff are 100% accommodating and lovely. No elevator at this hotel so must be able bodied. That’s true of much of Greece.

We stayed 3 nights on our way to Herkalion, the boutique hotel has 4 rooms only. Our room on the 3rd floor with out balcony but has 2 large windows instead. Hotel doesn’t have elevator, Elia helped carrying our luggage to our room. Although the front desk is not 24/7, Elia was always helpful. Hotel location was walking distance to many restaurants and old town.

This property was directly on the harbor with two balconies that overlook the harbor and all the action of Chania and Elia the host gave us some fantastic recommendations for dinner and was always there for our needs. I would have no reservation booking this property if there was higher than 10 star I give it.

Great location and service, lovely room.

I had a wonderful stay here. My room was spacious and beautifully furnished with high end fittings. Great view over the harbour and right in the centre of things. Top class thoughtful service and initiative from Elia for whom nothing was too much trouble. She really made a positive difference to my stay. A five star experience for sure.

Hotel location provided a view of Old Harbour and was beautifully modernized. The building was extremely well maintained and security was exceptional. Two key disadvantage why is not give a 10/10 rating is breakfast buffet that was offered was subpar in comparison to other hotels and surrounding restaurants. Also I had the top floor accommodations and it automatically come with baggage assistance up the stairs verses telling me via email that I had to request it. I booked in January, Email lost and no reminder and no one to take suitcase up three flights of stairs.

My stay at Riviera suites was better than I could have imagined. Katerina greeting me when I arrived and she is absolutely lovely and kind. My room was on the third floor of the beautiful boutique hotel that was in the perfect location. It was completely safe as I was traveling alone but still lively and fun. My window overlooked the harbor and it was sunset as I arrived. Katerina had a bottle of wine ready for me to enjoy. I absolutely loved every minute of my stay at riviera suites. The room was beautifully furnished, the bed was a dream and the bathroom and shower were just as beautiful. My only regret was that I did not stay longer. I can not wait to stay there when I visit Chania again. Thank you so much for everything Katerina. You were even lovelier than your beautiful hotel.
