The hotel is old but they can do better with the cleaning specially during this pandemic. The bathroom had a huge hair in the bathtub and no one realize till the morning when we need to catch a plane. Definitely not clean and how can they say sanitized if they missed to clean the shower!

Poor offer of hotels near the Guadalajara airport. This one looks old and less maintenance. Hotel needs to be updated.Other than that is just ok for a quick stop.

I Like generally everything, from the parking lot to the lobby and of course the rooms are nice and cozy. Continental breakfast is always delitious.

Close to GDL airport with a free shuttle. Courteous staff & inexpensive. Good overnight stop for next day flights.

Estuvo terrible. Hubo un apagón y se fue la luz. En dos cuartos de a lado las familias estuvieron haciendo mucho ruido. Tampoco aprecio que nos cobraran el estacionamiento por la semana l, deberían cambiar su política y mas habernos dado una cortesía por la situación. El desayuno tenia muy pocas opciones.

The property is secure, clean and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. There are restaurants on site with excellent food at decent prices. There is a beautiful outdoor pool but not heated. Overall a great stay.
