Won’t be back

4 years ago this WAS an amazing hotel, Overpriced and not up to their past standards. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. On-site restaurant subpar, not holding up COVID-19 precautions at all and restaurant staff treats you like you’re putting them out. Pretty surprised to see how much they’re unwilling to accommodate their own hotel guests.

W FL drops to 4 star

This place just makes money and not much effort is made to make the guest experience a great one. Front desk could be more pleasant and treat returning guests with gratitude. Second stay in 2 months. Great location but overpriced for the quality, upkeep and service. Exception: valet and bellhops are always amazing here. Quick and very helpful.

Not worth the money

Average looking rooms with horrible bathroom design. Totally overpriced and $40 daily parking fee on top of that. The only bright spot was the breakfast at the restaurant.

Not a clean spot

While the hotel is a cool design, I found it to be pretty dirty. The halls didn’t seem to have been vacuumed in weeks. There were loose french fries in the hall for days and a spot that looked like vomit that was not cleaned.

Thus property was just meh. It is perfectly located with stunning views but don’t feel it is worth the price; the rooms were small, outdated and noisy.

unacceptable

No staff out front on arrival. Arrival area feels like you are not coming in the main area. Hotel rooms are actually condo rentals and not maintained properly. Room has hairs on the floor, in the bathtub etc. sink doesn’t drain and water flow sucks.

Great location and views. Found it hard to enjoy pool as was full quickly and had reservations that were unclear on how to get. Food options at pool also very limited. Found hard to get food there outside room service or two full scale restaurants.

The property is very nice, the staff really polite and well mannered. Unfortunately, they allow people to rent rooms for partying what makes a hell for the rest of the guests. Shouts, baggings, furniture noise, music, alcohol, etc. etc. Totally a nightmare to try to sleep in that hotel. We call security the second night after spending the first awake. A though fight between a couple in the next room and the subsequent reconciliation. Security did not come till the second call after more than half an hour tolerating their screaming, beats, etc. The parking valet is 45 a day with no other options to park the car. The resort fee another 45 dollars. So when you take a room you should prepare to pay 100 dollars more each day for the stay. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Few towels was dirty, ask for rob 2 times got it next morning with some hair on it ( dirty) , coffee machine got 2 days late. Some constriction going on , elevator did go on garage level need it to go to 4th floor and walk about 4 min to an other side to get to main level, I staid so many times in different countries and states at W hotel this stay the worst experience. Stay away
