The W was excellent
The W is a very contemporary hotel. The customer service was excellent. We were 3 hours before check in and there was no issue checking in. Most of the attractions we wanted to go to were in walking distance. We used the W driver for long distance attractions. You pay the driver by tip only. Everything was so convenient.!i love the little things that the W does that traditional hotels don’t do like taking photos of yourself and then they email them to you! It’s the small things that make a difference.The rooftop pool was nice too! The W is one block from Marta which we caught from and to the airport for $2.50 a trip. Very convenient! Enjoy!

Hot water shortage but dusty bunnies in abundance
Most dusty room I have ever been in. Not a good look for the W. And if that was not enough, took 5 mins forthe hot water to get to the shower, not to mention the bathroom sink. Only high point about this stay was the staff. That were the best. In this day and age when it's hard to find good customer service..... they cared and were extremely helpful!

Not for the business traveler...or a family.
This is not the W Hotel I'm used to and would not stay again. It turns out it's the "late night party hotel." At 12:30 the music started in the hallway, at 3:30 a.m., we called security who responded quickly. .Although the manners of guests are not the responsibility of the hotel, I learned at check out that this is not the hotel you choose for a business trip or family vacation, so I chose wrong. If you want to party and stay up drinking all night - the W Atlanta is the place for you.
