Everything was great except we went swimming Sunday morning and there were no towels to dry off with. When I went to the desk to ask if he could get me a few towels he replied that housekeeping was currently cleaning? No towels were brought in so I found a cart down the hall and took one myself, 3 of us shared one! Otherwise, satisfied.

Very nice staff. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Good location. Reasonably priced. Comfortable beds.

The hotel itself is nice, well taken care of property. The rooms were nice and as pictured. Staff was really nice. However the bed was hands down the worst bed I've ever slept on in my entire life. I gave never dreaded going back to a hotel as bad as i did this visit simply because of the bed. It was like sleeping on a table. And the pillows were weak. You need about 5 to have any support at all. Other then that our room was 76 degrees when we walked in. It is winter and we just happened to get there on an off day when it was 60 degrees all weekend and we could not get our room to cool down even with the air on. It kept kicking off. We were all sweating every time we stepped foot in the room. We always stay at La Quintas and love the service we get but I would never return to this one.

There was a problem with the TV, however the gentleman working the front desk immediately address it and fixed the problem. No matter where you stay, there will be problems. No place is perfect. The way those problems are handled is EVERYTHING. I was EXTREMELY please by the way the gentleman at the front dress addressed the problem.

The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The carpet in the room was quite worn, the bathroom was just so, so clean. The beds were comfortable. The facility could stand to be remodeled for sure.

We got in late for our stay. Didnt pay attention to the blankets till the morning when we kept smelling urine. We turned the lights on and there was urine on the comforter. It looked as if they just flipped the comforter over. There was 2 big spots and blood spots as well. We took pictures but it was hard to tell. We brought the comforter down to the front desk and showed them. They apologized and said we couldn't have a refund because we booked on line through a 3rd party. We will never stay at a la Quinta again. Absolutely disgusting

Our stay was ok. Have definitely had better experiences elsewhere. We stayed 2 nights housekeeping never came so we had to go get our own fresh towels and did not get anymore cups for coffee. The shower did not get very warm and the tv only worked about half the time other than that it was an ok stay for the amount of time we were actually in the room.

Quick easy check in beds not so comfortable but slept well anyway
