Extremely poor performance by the Ramada Sofia City Center. Travelled over 2000KM by road to find the water was brown in the bathroom took ourselves 3 hours to resolve when we requested that we wanted to cancel the reservation and find an alternative hotel they refused and made us accept what we paid for. Very poor & unhygienic performance

The hotel continues to need further upgrading as still looks old and tired. The staff are always pleasant and courteous. Breakfast is excellent. The big issue I have is the policy that exists both in Oasis Restaurant and room service. If you want a glass of wine, you have to but the entire bottle, no longer can you order A Glass of wine. The prices of a bottle extortionate. Being forced to purchase an entire bottle encourages alcohol use and waste when you just end up emptying the rest of the bottle down the toilet. This is taking advantage of guests, and the policy needs to change. My next stay, which is already booked, will be my last which is sad as I have stayed over 20 times, but this policy will force me to change hotels.

Beds very hard. Room temperature very hot. Asked if we could use air conditioning but we were told that as it was set for heat they could not do anything

The receptionist forgot mytake out breakfast meal when requessed at 4.30 am! Velina the female receptionist later provided outstanding customer service, solved this issue immediately. She was amazing throughout my stay. I would say that on some nights there are too many no patron guests using the spa. I suggest charging them to reduce numbers to make it a better experience for guests! Overall though a great hotel, amazing breakfast!

Everything actually, this is why I have booked her on multiple occasions. As a gold member, I hope this hotel will give me an upgrade. I must say that this hotel provides the BEST breakfast I have ever eaten in any country. This is why I return here, the receptionists are great too, so friendly😊

Everything, this hotel is great, lovely staff, the quality of the spa massage services have deteriorated, but the hotel is great!

Rooms and SPA are good. Casino is a little tired and needs revamp. I would also re-introduce the disposable slippers they used to give at the SPA.

The spa is amazing, though the people working at the reception are extremely pushy. I did enjoy the experience though. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is excellent. he only issue I had was with the door key-card. I had to return to the front desk 6 times to get it re-keyed, I did it back to back on one occasion. The front desk personnel were helpful except for the on time I was blamed for it. Bad luck I guess.
