This was very disappointing. The hotel is undergoing substantial construction, around which there was no transparency up front when booking. For example, the “restaurant” was food service in a conference room. The expression bar was closed. The bar was not open even though the front desk claimed it was. The lobby was under construction. As a result, we could not sit in the lobby.
Once we walked past the noise and commotion of a construction site, we arrived in our room only to be greeted with the smell of mold and mildew. Upon closer inspection, pink and black mold was everywhere. Our complimentary bottle of wine had a letter for a different guest.
If you choose to stay here, don your construction hat, bring earplugs and Clorox, and pack some food and drinks.
