チャーチ ビジョン ホテル, ハノイ

チェックインの時に、満室だからと他のホテルの部屋を案内されました。せっかく室内の写真や設備を見て滞在を決めたのに、それはないんじゃないかと…。案内された部屋は予約した部屋より広かったですが、清潔感に欠けました。その部屋が嫌だというと、真っ暗な普段使われていないような、また違うホテルの案内をされました。入った途端、ソファやいたるところに人が寝ているような建物です。エレベータもなく狭い階段を上がっている途中で、やっぱりお断りしました。 予約したホテルに戻り交渉すると、ようやく予約していた部屋に案内してくれました。 何の事情があったかわかりませんが、違うホテルに泊まってもらおうとするのは、事前に探した意味がないと思います。 次の日に対応してくれたスタッフさんはとても親切にしてくださったので、接客は悪くないと思いますが、残念で仕方ありません。

The rooms are ultra clean, modern and the beds are extremely comfy. The best bit about the hotel is the staff as they are so friendly and helpful. They helped us book up a trip to halong bay which was great. Breakfast was good as well. Could not fault the hotel for the price.

I had a really good stay, especially because of the staff that really made me feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good for this price. The staff are very friendly, they will help you with everything you need from places to eat and visit, to money exchange, travel tours, etc. I really enjoyed my time here.
