I booked accessible by accident and was told online reservation couldnt change room.Toilet paper holder was broken fridge smelt like sour milk was a milk packet left in it. Floors were dirty apparently i mixed reviews up cause they are all bad here. The hotel uses under renovation as the excuse andcit should be posted under renovation amd i didnt see much renovation going on. Worst hotel ive ever stayed in. Very dissatisfied

Sink was did not functioning properly. Customer service was very minimal. Was charged $50 unecessarily for cleaning.

The condition of the hotel was less then expected. At the reception, the covid barrier was cracked and taped up with clear shipping tape. The barrier was held up by janky mounted shelving bracket that you get from Home Depot. I the hallway leading to the rooms, ceiling tiles were missing. Inside the room, There was an electrical outlet missing it's cover. The room had a hot tub. I booked it for that reason. I didn't use it because it looked like it wasn't cleaned in a while. The washroom was super small and the security latch was broken. Across from my room on the floor in the hallway was a pile of dirty towels. Also during my stay, I could hear people in the next room arguing and you can hear their TV.

Will not be staying at this Days Inn again, front door locked as street people were hanging around, didn’t feel secure

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. We had to switch rooms because we found drops of blood on the comforter. The new room wasent much better. The AC unit was leaking all over the wall. The paint was chipped in several spots throughout the room and the walls were filthy. Hand marks, brown spots, you name it. We also found a half empty toilet paper roll in our bathroom, meaning they didnt change it and was used by the last occupant. In the context of a pandemic this is absolutely revolting. In addition, we also found that the tub didnt drain. We ended up laying the towels down on to of the sheets and sleeping on those. The only reason we stayed is because we had checked in really late and had to cath a flight 6hrs later. That being said, we would have been better off sleeping in our car.

The rooms were filthy, the beds had stains on the sheets. The first room I was brought to didn't feel real, something like a movie, stains on the walls, sheets, smelt like smoke, I didn't think a hotel presents itself the way this one was presented. Woke up with bites on my foot the next day from possible bed bugs. Absolutely disgusting and would never return back to this place.

Place is horrible and filthy as hell!!! Will not recommend to anybody. Way too expensive for its quality and trash services

The front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating, but as we walked down the halls to our room, it looked like the carpet hadn't been vacuumed for ages. The room itself was nicer and we were happy to see that the floor was upgraded to laminate, not carpet. The bed was very comfortable. It was a little disappointing that there was no continental breakfast offered, like was advertised. And being right downtown Hamilton, the area was a little sketchy and seemed like many people were actually living at the hotel.

The lobby was super clean, the hallways were not, the room was fantastic. A little upset that there were loud, rowdy guests in the room next to us and my children and I could hear “everything” through the adjoining door. Other hotels stated they would do alternate rooms for guests which this one did not. No continental breakfast which was still advertised, but I do understand why during these times. We found a fantastic restaurant called Jet not that far away that made up for it.
