Our stay was very nice and comfortable I give them a 100+Nice clean room I will definitely stay again and very nice workers.

The service was good but the room was dated, the furniture where the fridge was sitting on was broken. There were stains around the toilet.

This hotel was close extremely close to the airport and had plenty of food options within in walking distance. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Requested a handicapped room, shower bench was broken, shower vent was filth with dust, window shade did not work and wiring for operation was exposed. Relayed this information to the attendant on duty when checking out. also this room is above automatic door in lobby which was annoying

I booked a room for 5 that was supposed to have two double beds and a sofa bed. When we got there we were informed that the double bed rooms don’t have sofa beds because it’s a fire hazard. I attempted to print a document in the “business office” but the printer was gone and the staff had no idea that it was gone. When we checked in, we were told they would have bagged breakfast in the morning, but when we went to grab it we were told they didn’t have any and that they thought the delivery truck would come the next day.

It was okay in spite no housekeeping available. No continental breakfast, bagged breakfast due to COVID-19.

Staff was rude
